How far in advance should we book?
Portraits and product shoots usually need one to two weeks. Weddings and large events book out three to six months ahead in peak season — write to us as soon as you have a date.
Do you travel for shoots?
Yes. Local travel is included in every package; destinations further afield are quoted at cost with no markup. We hold full insurance and backup equipment on every trip.
How do we receive our images?
Through a private online gallery with high-resolution downloads, web-sized shares, and print ordering. Your files stay archived with us for ten years.
Can we customize a package?
Always. The packages in our shop are starting points — tell us what you need and we will shape coverage, hours, and deliverables around it.
